Our lives are constantly being shaped not only by our beliefs but by the world around us. How can we be certain of biblical truth, and how can we be certain of what our biblical truth looks like in lives lived out before a watching world?

This course is for all Christian citizens who want to strengthen the socio-political aspect of their Gospel witness. We will combine Biblical reflection with understanding the world around us and applying biblical wisdom to consider policies and how one can promote them appropriately.

This course examines the meaning of the Gospel, the nature and mission of the church, and the church’s engagement with culture, drawing on a detailed reading of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians.

The creative imagination plays a key role in almost every aspect of human activity and culture, from the earliest tool-making and cave-painting through to the latest micro-technology and computer graphics.
